The Dr.Jart+ Ceramidin Skin Barrier Serum Toner is a slightly viscous, deeply hydrating Korean facial toner enriched with Ceramide NP and Panthenol. These key ingredients work in harmony to repair and strengthen the skin barrier, offering relief to flaky, damaged skin while soothing inflammation for a calming effect. The serum-like texture envelops the skin, forming a moisture barrier that enhances hydration and smooths out rough patches.
This toner not only delivers intense moisture for a dewy finish but also provides comfort for sensitive and irritated skin. With a rich, smooth consistency, it contains various types of ceramides and panthenol to effectively rebuild and fortify the skin barrier.

Directions
To apply the serum toner, start by cleansing your face. Then, either use your hands or a cotton pad to gently apply it directly onto your skin. For a more intensive treatment, you can also soak a few cotton pads in the toner and leave them on your face for 10-15 minutes, like a mask.
